Understanding Community Needs
The Society is in the process of conducting a Community Needs Assessment to understand real and perceived gaps in accessing health and wellness services in the community.
Programs & Services
The Beaufort Family Health Society was formed in 2022 to open a primary care medical clinic. With the clinic now open and connecting patients to care, the Society is interested in understanding the role it is best suited to play to directly address or advocate for other health and wellness services in the community.
